Since its inception, the WIA Young Leaders program has attracted over 15,000 applications, testifying to its impact and crucial role. Its objective is to propel these exceptional women onto the international stage, positioning them as key figures in development, innovation, and sustainable growth in Africa and beyond.
Elite Support for 10 Future Leaders
For the 2025 edition, 10 new laureates will have the unique opportunity to benefit from a tailored support program:

Who can apply?
